RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We know you will be fall in love with your new Rojank products, but sometimes things don’t work out as you planned. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your product, as per the below conditions.
You must be a full paying customer. If you did not purchase your Rojank product (s), you are not eligible for returns.
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
The product must be in original, undamaged, unopened packaging and resalable condition.
Any promotional gifts included with the purchased product must also be returned in undamaged and unopened packaging

We do not refund or exchange on sale items.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGE DUE TO ALLERGIC REACTION
If you experience an allergic reaction to a Rojank product, discontinue use immediately.
If an exchange or refund is requested, then a written or verbal description and evidence of the reaction will be required (photo or in-store sighting). Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If you’re located within Australia and need to return an item for refund or exchange, we want to make that as easy as possible for you. All you need to do is follow these quick steps:

Post your labelled package at an AusPost mailbox or outlet
That’s all. Easy!
If you're returning items for an exchange or change of mind you will be charged a small flat rate of $4.95 to cover the return shipping label however if the return is for faulty or damaged item/s there are no charges.
Alternatively, if you do not wish to use our easy return label service or you are an international customer you can send your item/s with the returns form to:

Please pack the item/s to be returned securely with original packaging, with proper packaging materials. Please note: Products that are improperly packed for return shipping and is damaged in shipping will not be accepted for any refund or exchange.
Online store purchases can be returned or exchanged in-store. Above conditions apply and the online order must be accompanied by a tax invoice.
Within 5 business days of receipt of the Products, your total payment for your Products to Rojank will be refunded to You via the method of payment made during checkout.
28-DAY SKINCARE CHALLENGE
If you participate in the 28-Day Skincare Challenge, the Rojank general return policy is superseded by the 28-day challenge terms and conditions.
To be eligible to participate in the 28-Day Skincare Challenge and Money back guarantee, you must take the Rojank skincare quiz and purchase the full Routine set (as packaged) and recommended for your skin type. It does not apply to purchase of individual skincare products.
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your complete Rojank Skincare Routine, please let us know at email@example.com.
You must arrange and incur all shipping costs to return your full Routine set together with any free gifts (including all empty bottles) to Rojank’s warehouse or store(s). We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
The following limitations applies to the 28-Day Skincare Challenge:
To be eligible for returns, You must be a full paying customer. If you did not purchase your Rojank product(s) you are not eligible for a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your products to a Rojank store (s) and warehouse, you will need to provide original receipt or proof of purchase as well as your email showing your quiz results.
The 28 Day Challenge trial is limited to one per person at any time and cannot be used to exchange for another routine.
Any products damaged as a result of external factors, e.g. due to bad handling by the customer and delivery company, are not covered by this return policy.
